Kairi in Street Fighter EX
The throw motion has changed in the previous incarnations. Instead
of just pushing forward plus a Medium or Heavy punch (or kick), the motion is now LP + LK in Street Fighter EX3. Most characters also have a second throw, performed by pressing B + LP + LK.
